Vit. D3 + Magnesium is a combination of vitamin D3 and magnesium citrate. The correct supply of these two micronutrients helps in: maintaining healthy bones and ensuring normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.

For a long time we have been paying special attention to providing the right amount of vitamin D in our diet. Newborns in maternity wards receive 400 IU of vitamin D from the first days of their lives. Breastfeeding women leaving the hospital with their little ones are also reminded to introduce an appropriate portion of vitamin D in their diet. These are the most important functions of vitamin D, due to which in fact every age group requires a daily portion (500 - 2000 IU) of the vitamin:

• Vitamin D helps in the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, which determine the condition of the skeletal system, teeth and their proper mineralization.
• Vitamin D helps in the normal functioning of muscles.
• Vitamin D helps in the normal functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin D3 can be produced by humans on their own, because almost 80% of it is formed in the skin as a result of the transformation of cholesterol under the influence of sunlight. However, during the period of reduced exposure to the sun, and due to air pollution, the body may not be able to synthesize enough of the vitamin. Diets based on low consumption of fat, which is the best carrier of vitamin D, such as vegetarian diets for example, may also be low in vitamin D. When we are not able to get enough vitamin D from our food we can make up for it with food supplements.

Vit. D3 + Magnesium contains 2,000 IU of vitamin D3, which constitutes 1,000% of its nutritional reference value, and a portion of magnesium - a mineral that helps the nervous system and muscles to function properly and contributes to maintaining a normal energy metabolism. Vit. D3 + Magnesium contains magnesium in chelated form: magnesium citrate. The chelated form ensures maximum absorption of this important mineral, tailored to the individual needs of the human being resulting from the lifestyle.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended daily portion is 1 capsule.

Take a single serving of the product ‒ 1 capsule with 300 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably immediately after the main meal.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Before use, it is recommended to have a blood test for 25-(OH)D and consult a physician or pharmacist with the results. The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15–25°C. Keep out of the reach of children. Protect from excessive exposure to sunlight.
