L-CARNITINE COMPLEX contains L-carnitine tartrate, chromium and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 and chromium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism; furthermore the mineral contributes to maintaining the proper level of glucose in the blood.
HOW TO USE
Portion of the product wash down with approx. 300 ml water.On workout days:2 capsules 30 min. before workout.On non-workout days:twice a day, 1 capsule on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.
WARNINGS:Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
