Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate (from milk) (40%); milk protein concentrate (40%); cocoa powder¹ (10%); creatine monohydrate (3.8%); thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); dye (ammonia caramel) ^2,3,4; L-ornithine L-aspartate (1.1%); aromas; sodium chloride; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (0.8%); L ‑ citrulline (0.6%); sweetener (sucralose). Applies to products with the following flavors: ¹ double chocolate, ² cappuccino, ³ pistacjowa, ⁴ waffle.

USED: 

One portion of the product - 30 g (1.5 scoops) - dissolve in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or a mixer. Use 2 servings a day.

On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving for 1.5 hours. after training.

On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals.
