Ingredients: Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), sodium selenate (VI).

Recommended intake
Mix 1/4 scoop of powder (1 g) with 150 ml of water, juice or other favorite but not hot drink. Consume once a day, preferably with a meal.
