Recommended intake
Take 3 capsules a day, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably during or immediately after a meal. In order to obtain maximum effects, it should be used regularly for 6-8 weeks. Do not eat on an empty stomach! Do not consume if you consume other green tea-containing products on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg (-) epigallocatechin-3-gallate. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 3 capsules.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. This product should not be consumed by or by lactating women and children under the age of 18. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

The storage conditions
Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry, cool place. Protect from light and moisture. After opening, consume within 3 months.

Ingredients: calcium salt of conjugated linoleic acid [80% CLA] (62%), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% EGCG] (15%), capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts fatty acids).
