A single serving of the product - 1 capsule - wash it down with 300 ml of water. Use 1 serving a day, preferably during or immediately after a meal.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplement intended only for healthy people over 75 years of age. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
