EAA Xtra is a preparation containing a set of essential exogenous amino acids (Essential Amino Acids - EAA) in an amount that covers 100% of the daily requirement of the body according to WHO per 100 kg of body weight. Essential amino acids are a group of amino acids that cannot be produced by the human body and therefore must be supplied with food . They are essential for the proper functioning of the body. Even a small deficit of these amino acids may result in the inhibition of the muscle growth process.
EAA Xtra contains 8 exogenous amino acids: lysine, leucine, valine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine and tryptophan . Each of these acids plays an important role in the process of building muscle mass. In addition, all of them perform a number of other functions, such as:
- regulating the action of insulin,
- improvement of concentration,
- elimination of muscle pain,
- counteracting catabolism,
- enabling protein synthesis,
- rebuilding muscle tissue that has been damaged during intense physical exertion,
- they also provide energy for the muscles in the absence of sufficient fatty acids.
Vitamin B12 contained in the product contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism , prevents anemia and protects the nervous system.
