Ingredients: 52,5% creatine monohydrate, bulking agent – sorbitol; anti-caking agent– magnesium salts of fatty acids. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effects.

Recommended use: 1-3 tablets per day during training or competition days, drinking with large amount of water. An increase of weight may happen.
